Morphologic Description: (Roughly translated from German:) slightly straight edge, with wavy, on side the valves are flat which are more or less backwards aimed; depression in posteroventral and posterodorsal - although they do not protrude like little wings out of the sides. Very clear ventral rib is always present in front half of valves.

Species:

• C. congestocostata (Bold, 1963).
• C. fissispinata Benson and Coleman, 1963.
