Morphologic Description:

    Otolith shape: oblong becoming subrectangular;
    Thickness: moderately thick;
    Form: -Lateral convex;
    Dorsal margin sculpture: slightly irregular;
    Posterior margin: slightly angular and irregular;
    Colliculum: heteromorph, low anterior and indistinct posterior colliculi;
    Ostium: approximately oval, slight dorsal flare;
    Pseudocolliculum: absent;
    Antirostrum: very short and rounded;
    Rostrum: reduced;
    Ventral depression: absent;
    Dorsal depression: shallow and elongate;
    Crista inferior: poorly developed under ostium, moderately well developed along the entire cauda;
    Crista superior: poorly developed over ostium, ridge-like over cauda;
    Collum: absent;
    Ostio-caudal differentiation: dorso-ventrally constricted;
    Excisura: wide, notch absent;
    Cauda: straight, with slight posterior flexion;
    Sulcus acusticus: ostial, heterosulcoid;
    Ventral margin: slightly rounded and sinuate;
    Dorsal margin: flattened, slightly oblique anteriorly and concave posteriorly;
