Morphologic Description:

    Otolith shape: approximately rhomboidal;
    Dorsal margin sculpture: crenulate and lobed;
    Posterior margin: sharply rounded and irregular to crenulate;
    Ventral margin: rounded, crenulate posteriorly;
    Excisura: notch very shallow to absent;
    Antirostrum: very small or absent;
    Rostrum: sharply rounded;
    Ventral depression: absent;
    Dorsal depression: oval, shallow and large covering most of area;
    Crista inferior: well developed along entire sulcus;
    Crista superior: a low ridge from mid-ostium to mid-cauda, poorly developed at extremes;
    Collum: absent;
    Ostio-caudal differentiation: ventrally constricted;
    Cauda: elongate, colliculum oval and depressed in center;
    Ostium: approximately oval and slightly depressed in center;
    Pseudocolliculum: elongate and ridge-like;
    Colliculum: homomorph, two colliculum;
