Bythoceratina Hornibrook, 1952.

Morphologic Description: Like Monoceratina but hinge differs in having long denticulate median element ot otherwise lophodont hinge. Some species with caudal process below hinge line as in Bythocythere but other have this process in line with hinge (as in Monoceratina). [Bythoceratina mestayerae Hornibrook, 1952] (Treatise, Q268, fig. 196:3).
