Morphologic Description: Subcerioid; intramural budding; petaloid septal arrangement; trabecular columella; synapticulothecal wall structure.

Morphologic Diagnosis: Colony Form: subcerioid or cerioid, Colony Shape: massive, Budding: intramural, Columella: trabecular and discontinuous, Corallite Size: medium (1.5 - 10mm), Wall Structure: synapticulothecal or septothecal, Lobes: none.

Species (2 total):

• P. trinitatis Vaughan in Vaughan and Hoffmeister, 1926; CC species # 52 (extinct).
• P. sp. A; CC species #52.5 (extinct).
