Morphologic Description: plocoid; reduced septa, strong tabular endothecal dissepiments.

Morphologic Diagnosis: Colony Form: plocoid, Colony Shape: branching, Budding: extramural, Columella: none, Corallite Size: small ( < 1.5mm), Wall Structure: septothecal, Lobes: none.

Species (4 total):

• P. arnoldi Vaughan, 1919; CC species #13 (extinct).
• P. baracoaensis Vaughan, 1919; CC species #14 (extinct).
• P. crassoramosa Duncan, 1864; CC species #15 (extinct).
• P. palmata Palmer, 1928; CC species #16 (extinct).
