Morphologic Description: Phaceloid; extramural budding; small septal teeth; paliform lobes; trabecular columella; septothecal wall structure.

Morphologic Diagnosis: Colony Form: phaceloid, Colony Shape: branching, Budding: extramural, Columella: trabecular and discontinuous, Corallite Size: medium (1.5 - 10mm), Wall Structure: septothecal, Lobes: paliform.

Species (3 total):

• C. arbuscula (Lesueur, 1821); CC species #84 (extant).
• C. johnsoni Gane, 1895; CC species #85 (extinct).
• C. sp. A; CC species #85.5 (extinct).
