Morphologic Description: solitary, freeliving; septothecate with epitheca; regular large rounded septal dentition.

Morphologic Diagnosis: Colony Form: solitary, Colony Shape: massive, Budding: none, Columella: trabecular and discontinuous, Corallite Size: huge (> 20mm), Wall Structure: septothecal, Lobes: none.

Species (2 total):

• A. dentata Duncan, 1864; CC species #153 (extinct).
• A. gregorii Vaughan, 1901; CC species #154 (extinct).
